Egg Salad Sandwich
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon capers
1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
2 garlic cloves, minced
freshly ground black pepper to taste
8 hardboiled eggs, peeled and diced
1 teaspoon celery salt
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
1/3 cup Omega3NutraCleanse®
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Chill for 10 minutes or until ready to serve.
Serve on whole grain gluten-free bread with butter lettuce, excellent toasted!
