Omega 3 Nutracleanse Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:
Smoothie:
1 cup frozen tropical fruit
1 banana, fresh or frozen
1 cup nut or soy milk
1 cup spinach, kale or both
½ cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
½ to 1 cup coconut water
Toppings:
2 tbsp cashew butter
¼ cup granola
¼ cup O3NC
2 tbsp chia seeds/hemp hearts
Method:
The trick is to make your smoothie fruity, thick and cold to serve a refreshing breakfast. Use your favorite smoothie recipe, serve in bowls with delicious toppings and a spoon!
