Organic Vegan Walnut Flaxmeal
Organic Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup Omega3NutraCleanse®
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tbsp stevia
- 1 tbsp erythritol/monk fruit
- 1 tbsp Ceylon cinnamon
- 1 tsp natural vanilla powder or extract
- 1 tsp pink salt
- 1 tbsp almond butter room temperature
- 1 tbsp Lakano Sugar Free Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1/3 cup blueberries
Method:
- In a medium pot heat up the almond milk on low heat.
- Add all ingredients except the almond butter, walnuts, blueberries and Lakano Sugar Free Maple Syrup, stirring slowly for 5 minutes.
- Continue to stir until the flaxmeal looks smooth and creamy.
- Remove from heat and add in 1 tbsp. of almond butter.
- Stir vigorously for 1 minute so it blends well.
- Let it stand for 3 minutes to cool down and thicken up.
- Pour into a bowl or mug and top with walnuts, blueberries and Lakano Sugar Free Maple Syrup.
