Oh-Mega Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients:

2 cups oatmeal flour
2 cups filtered water
½ cup Omega 3 Nutracleanse
1-2 mashed bananas
2 eggs
½ tsp vanilla

Method:

These are delicious and naturally sweet. These are topped with toasted coconut, banana and walnuts for extra omega power.

Diced peaches or strawberries can be added to the mix before cooking or as a delicious topper.


Blend oatmeal in a blender or food processor to flour consistency.
Mash banana in a bowl, beat in eggs, vanilla and honey. Add the oat flour and Nutracleanse to the mix, then stir in the water.


Melt coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat, cook pancakes for 3-4 min, each side. The mixture will continue to thicken as it sits.

You may have to add more water or spread the pancake batter with a spoon to form a pancake. Cook until golden brown, top and enjoy!
