Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie Recipe


½ cup Omega3NutraCleanse®
¾ cup almond milk or water
½ cup frozen strawberries
1 tbsp. almond or peanut butter
½ tbsp. hemp hearts or chia seeds
¼ cup hemp protein powder


Combine all ingredients in blender, and mix to obtain the consistency you need. Feel free to add more milk or water if need be. Or, ice cubes are an excellent option on a hot day to get more of a slushy taste.
