Power Oatmeal Recipe


½ cup rolled oats
1 tbsp. almond or peanut butter
½ tbsp. hemp hearts
½ tbsp. ground chia seeds
½ cup fresh or frozen berries or fruit
1 cup vanilla almond milk
1/3 cup Omega3NutraCleanse®


Combine all ingredients in a medium pot on low heat, stirring slowly. Continue to stir until the oatmeal looks smooth and is the right texture. Enjoy!
