Pumpkin Stuffed Mushrooms

Organic Ingredients 

  • 12 large white button mushrooms
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • ½ cup canned pumpkin
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • ½ cup Omega3Nutracleanse
  • 1 tsp pink salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ cup grated vegan cheese



  1. Preheat your over to 350F.
  2. Prep mushrooms by removing stems and gills, and removing any dirt or debris.
  3. Put the stems to the side.
  4. Finely chop up the stems of the mushrooms.
  5. Mix together spices, salt, pepper and nutritional yeast.
  6. Stir pumpkin into the spice mixture in a medium sized bowl, and mix until thoroughly combined.
  7. Stir in Omega3NutraCleanse and let it stand for 3-4 minutes as it thickens up.
  8. Add in walnuts and the finely chopped mushrooms and mix until uniform.
  9. Divide up filling and portion out into the 12 mushroom caps. Sprinkle with vegan cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
  10. Let cool and enjoy!
