Sweet Chili Tuna Burgers

Organic Ingredients:

4 cups canned tuna in spring water
1 white onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Gluten Free Tamari
1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped
black pepper to taste
1 cup Omega3NutraCleanse®



Method:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl until a thick batter remains.
Using slightly wet hands, form the mixture into 6 burger patties.
Add oil to a non-stick pan. 
When hot, cook for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway through. 
Repeat the process until all the patties are cooked and are golden brown and crispy.
Great on a burger or mixed greens salad.
Store in the fridge up to 5 days or in the freezer up to 6 months.
