Tart Summer Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen raspberries
½ cup chopped rhubarb
2 spears ripe pineapple
1 cup coconut water
1 cup ice
1/3 cup O3NC

Method:

Combine all ingredients into blender, and blend until smooth. Serve immediately, or pour into popsicle molds and freeze for later. If you want this summer smoothie less thick, add more coconut water.
